About this role

The Vice President of Adoption & Change Management is a pivotal role in Digital Workplace Solutions & Control, tasked with spearheading strategies to enhance the adoption of O365 applications. This position requires a blend of analytical acumen to interpret usage data and creative flair to develop engaging training materials, ensuring a seamless integration of new features and updates for all employees. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation while driving BlackRock’s digital transformation forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a tailored Adoption & Change Management (ACM) strategy to boost O365 application adoption, leveraging both quantitative (M365 usage reports) and qualitative (employee usage feedback) data.

  • Create a systematic approach to educate employees on O365’s new features, evaluating existing processes and tools like the Tech Ambassador Program.

  • Implement the Champions Management Platform app to streamline the management of the change champions program.

  • Establish a consistent framework to inform employees about significant updates to SaaS applications.

  • Collaborate closely with BlackRock organizational team members to ensure the transfer of best practices and the development of effective plans and materials.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in:

  • Assessing key user impacts and crafting a bespoke ACM strategy.

  • Producing ACM materials, including communications (articles, speaking points, educational videos), and training resources (job aids, reference guides, training outlines).

  • Analyzing usage metrics to refine ACM strategies. Establishing and managing a change network as part of the ACM strategy.

  • Partnering effectively with essential project team members.
