As part of our team you will:
Serve as the key business analyst owning and delivering projects in a fast-paced global team.
Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, value proposition / rationale, and impacted organizational functions and systems.
Document current state and future state processes, system flows, and data flows.
Document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Gather, document, analyze and draw conclusions regarding complex data and information.
Define, coordinate, facilitate and/or execute user acceptance tests against business requirements.
Document test results and develop remediation plans with developers to address unmet business requirements.
Document and train Operational teams on new processes & procedures.
Formulate, define and implement improvements to business processes and operations.
We value if you have :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with an insane attention to detail and a commitment to follow through.
Experience using Agile methodologies – previous experience working with a backlog, sprints, retrospectives, behavior driven development etc.
A passion for delivering functional architecture which is innovative, and which supports end-to-end business processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
Ability and desire to build and foster working relationships across various levels within both the business and technology organizations.
Track record of managing large, complex projects under tight deadlines successfully and handled change in priorities effectively
Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Ability and desire to build and foster working relationships globally across various levels within both the business and technology organizations
A drive to work closely with the end users to help them evaluate process and design choices
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo to drive business benefit
Positive action-oriented attitude, and willingness to roll up sleeves
Non-Fintech domain expertise in which you feel might be valuable.
