About the Role:

We are looking for a professional to join the Operations team to support the daily operations and business growth.

This role is part of the operation team which is responsible for NAV and reporting, cash and trade settlement and reconciliation, product life cycle management, as well as operation projects that enable business growth, drive efficiency and enhance controls. The individual will have opportunities to work on cross-functional projects, join learning & development sessions as well as to get individual buddy/mentor to support personal development in our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timeliness, accuracy and completeness of valuation, product NAV, and information disclosure.

  • Perform bank account opening, cash transfers, trade settlement, daily cash, transaction and position reconciliations.

  • Partner with internal teams and external providers (e.g. custodian, fund admin, tax advisor, auditor, etc.) to support product life cycle management and ensure timely communication and escalation.

  • Participate product on-boarding process, including system parameters setup, ensuring overall data quality, and certifying readiness for product launch.

  • Continue to improve efficiency and controls through automation, process improvement, and control enhancement.

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and other operation related work as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years solid operations experience in asset management industry, preferably wealth management companies.

  • Subject matter expertise in accounting, valuation and fund operations

  • High level of self-motivation, with integrity and ethics. Able to adapt to fast-changing circumstances as the organization grows

  • Capable of working independently and demonstrate a proactive and risk-focused approach to work, understanding the importance of identifying and reporting issues appropriately

  • Strong teamwork and collaborative experience, and preferably with experience of managing vendors and service providers.

  • Tech skills such as VB, python and RPA tools a plus.
