Summary of duties: Drive and support strategic initiatives across the USCA region while providing business management support to the Office of the Chief Client Officer in pursuit of its overall business strategy. Work closely with COO / business management functions across the regional client businesses and key business partners (FP&A, HR, etc.) to contribute to periodic managerial meetings (e.g. QBR) and other business updates. Identify potential process improvement, drive process change, and help streamline our business. Support leadership meetings and other internal forums. Prepare presentations, memorandums, and talking points for internal events and/or client meetings.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: adapting business strategies to changing market conditions; accessing fragmented information and transferring it into actionable insight for senior leaders; collaborating with cross-functional partners to support growth and client service across channels; developing annual budget plans and performing financial reporting, monitoring headcount activities and general & administrative and travel & entertainment expenses; and working with internal applications through Workday. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

For California only the salary range for this position is $151,382 - $156,400. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
