As a member of Billing team within Business Operations and Enterprise Systems, you will be responsible for engineering Billing & Revenue management, created an automated event-based workflow for delivering invoices to clients, eliminating operating errors and reducing operational costs.

We are seeking a full-stack software engineer with significant experience in both backend and frontend development using modern service technologies. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-region engineering team designing, building our next-generation platform that manages the invoicing workflow which includes onboarding, fee calculation, invoice production and distribution.

An ideal candidate should have a strong background in building highly scalable and distributed systems, have a passion for technology and continuous learning, be able to adapt to changing requirements, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate the ability to produce production-quality code and be familiar with the latest testing methods.

You have:

  • 5 – 7 years of hands-on experience developing complex enterprise software systems.

  • B.S. / M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline

  • Experience building UI components using latest in web technologies (e.g. React, Angular) and languages (e.g. TypeScript)

  • Strong OO skills and design patterns knowledge and implementation experience using one or more object-oriented languages (e.g. Java, Python)

  • Experience developing and working with relational databases (e.g. MSSQL, Sybase)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

  • Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices including test-driven development (TDD), unit testing discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies.

  • An ability to translate real business problems into technical solutions

  • A track record of forging strong relationships and building trusted partnerships through open dialogue and continuous delivery

  • Experience working with teams across different time-zones and countries

  • Experience developing large-scale distributed software systems and streaming systems using open source distributed frameworks (e.g. Ignite) is a plus
