Role & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and act as their primary internal advocate.

  • Own, manage and nurture endured relationships with our clients’ key stakeholders.

  • Deeply understand clients’ industry, business, and strategic priorities.

  • Identify opportunities for Aladdin to solve clients’ business needs and expand the range of products or services offered.

  • Keep clients informed about new products, services, or industry trends that may be relevant to them.

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and identify areas for further progression.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve mutual goals and objectives.

  • Build strong, internal relationships with Product development teams, Customer support, Marketing, COO and Legal for effective cross-functional collaboration

You have:

  • Proven experiences at a technology provider, an asset manager with strong technology focus, in consulting/business advisory, or a relevant industry role with a strategic/commercial focus including portfolio management, risk management, performance & attribution.

  • Strong (buy-side) analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data effectively.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Commercial mindset in collaborating with an existing portfolio of clients.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking skills.

  • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Emotional ownership, pride in what you do and a strong team ethos.

  • Proficiency in English and preferably Dutch.

You may have:

  • A solid understanding of the industry and current market trends.

  • Strong interest in technology and a passion for Artificial Intelligence.

  • An understanding of various technology platforms, systems, and software applications.

  • Direct experience with buy-side investment management workflows.

  • CFA or other professional qualifications.

Our hybrid work model

BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
